More than 30 years in the excavation sector
In 1980, after accumulating extensive experience in various excavation companies, Santiago Pérez Cortés decided to start his own business by purchasing a dump truck. A few years later, he acquired a loader, with which he quantitatively and qualitatively improved his services and definitively consolidated himself in the sector.
A family business
In 1996, his son Santi joined the business, thus creating a small family business: Excavaciones Santi. The company is progressively establishing itself in the market, specializing in work with mini-tracked excavators, and being pioneers in the use of this machinery in the Marina Alta.
From generation to generation
In 2006, Santiago Pérez Jr. took the reins of the company and adapted its services to the demands of the market. A few years later, the company Excavacions La Punta S.L. was created, which to this day maintains intact the values that have made this company a reference company in the excavation sector in the region.
